Membership Types

You may wonder why join our Historical Society.  Well, by joining you are helping us in many ways.  

Your support makes it possible for us to run our complex, publish our newsletters, host our website, host events and promote Roscommon County history. Specifically the Houghton Lake Area history, by telling its stories and protecting its artifacts. 

There are five  different memberships:

• Single - 1 vote

• Family - 2 votes

• Junior - no voting privileges 

• Lifetime - 1 vote

• Business - no voting privileges

How to Join or Renew your membership

To become a member or to renew your membership with the Houghton Lake Area Historical Society:

• Fill out this membership form and send it to the address on the form, with a check.

• Complete & Download form and email to us, with payment made through PayPal.

• Pay the membership fee either by check or by Paypal
